В основу сочинения Лэнг положил библейские тексты Книги Екклесиаста из Ветхового Завета. К древним трактатам композитор обратился как к хранителям универсальных смыслов, а вокальный цикл описал как «каталог человеческих эмоций, повторяющийся бесконечно, год за годом». 

Очерчивая круг чувств — от горечи разочарования и одиночества, до смиренности, Лэнг воспевает любовь, как одну из самых сильных стихий, направляющих жизнь человека.

Голосом проекта выступит одним из лучших певческих коллективов страны INTRADA под управлением дирижера Екатерины Антоненко. Ансамбль выступит a cappella — без сопровождения инструментов, что позволит продемонстрировать певцам все свое мастерство.
